This project is a multi-piece brochure series created to support both internal recruitment efforts and customer-facing service communication for home service companies. The series includes three unique trifold brochures, each designed to meet a specific need while maintaining visual consistency across the brands.
The first brochure was developed for corporate-level recruiting at NearU Services, with the goal of attracting top-tier talent by showcasing company culture, values, and career opportunities in a polished, approachable layout. It features clean typography, bold brand colors, and strategic use of imagery to convey a professional yet welcoming tone.
The second and third brochures focus on promoting preventative maintenance plans—one for HVAC systems and the other for generators. These are designed to clearly explain the benefits of ongoing service coverage, outline plan tiers, and build trust with potential customers. The layouts emphasize clarity and ease of reading, using icons, tables, and visual hierarchy to make technical information accessible and engaging.
Each brochure in the series reflects a thoughtful balance of form and function, ensuring the messaging is clear and visually compelling—whether the audience is a potential new hire or a homeowner looking for peace of mind.
